Children's Units and Clinics
The RMHC Parental Accommodation Unit - Wollongong
Located at the Illawarra Regional Hospital, Wollongong, it features on-ward motel style accommodation, with ensuite, kitchen and lounge areas. RMHC contributed $200,000 to the development of this unit, which opened in November 1998.

The RMHC Children's Unit at the Northern Hospital - Epping, Victoria
Ronald McDonald House Charities committed $400,000 to assist in the construction of an on-ward parent’s retreat, an outdoor playland and to the purchase $250,000 worth of new medical equipment for the Hospital’s Child and Adolescent Health Unit, Paediatric Emergency Department and Neo Natal Obstetrics Unit. The unit opened in 1999.

The Ronald McDonald Children’s Clinic – Adelaide
Located at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Adelaide, the clinic provides services for day oncology children and their families. The clinic includes rooms for oncology consultants, waiting rooms, a library and a quiet room for parents. Ronald McDonald House Charities has contributed a total of $280,000 over 7 years. The Clinic opened in 1991.
